Creation Methods
During Inspection
Create while performing an inspection:
- Mark element as failed
- Click Add Corrective Action
- Fill in details
- Continue inspection
- Action saved with inspection
From Inspection Results
After inspection complete:
- View inspection results
- Find failed element
- Click Create Action
- Configure and save
From Item Details
For any item:
- Open item details
- Go to Corrective Actions tab
- Click Create Action
- Fill in details
Standalone Action
Not tied to inspection:
- Go to Corrective Actions
- Click Create Action
- Select related item
- Fill in details
- Save

Assigning Actions
Individual Assignment
Assign to specific user:
- Click Assignee field
- Search for user
- Select user

- System checks location rules

Good description includes:

- Where specifically on item
- How it was discovered
- Why it needs attention
- Any attempted fixes
Example:
Fire extinguisher gauge shows pressure below acceptable range.
Located in Building A, Floor 2, near emergency exit.
Discovered during monthly inspection.
Requires professional service to recharge.
Do not use until serviced.
