  1. Go to Corrective Actions in navigation
  2. View all actions
  3. Default view: Open actions

Updating Status

Changing Status

  1. Open action details
  2. Click current status
  3. Select new status
  4. Add note (optional)
  5. Save

Adding Progress Notes

When updating:

  1. Click Add Note
  2. Enter update
  3. Attach files if needed
  4. Save

Working on Actions

Starting an Action

  1. Open action
  2. Click Start or change to "In Progress"
  3. Add any notes
  4. Begin work

Recording Progress

Document work:

  1. Add notes with updates
  2. Attach photos of progress
  3. Log time if tracked
  4. Update status as needed

Completing an Action

  1. Finish the work
  2. Document resolution
  3. Attach proof (photos, etc.)
  4. Change status to "Completed"
  5. Await verification

Verification

What is Verification?

Verification confirms:

  • Work was done correctly
  • Issue is actually resolved
  • No new problems created

Verification Process

  1. Reviewer opens completed action
  2. Reviews documentation
  3. May inspect item
  4. Verifies or returns

Verification Options

Returning for Rework

If not properly resolved:

  1. Click Return
  2. Explain what's missing
  3. Action goes back to assignee
  4. Assignee addresses and re-completes

Reassignment

When to Reassign

  • Original assignee unavailable
  • Wrong person assigned
  • Need different expertise
  • Workload balancing

Reassignment Process

  1. Open action
  2. Click Reassign
  3. Select new assignee
  4. Add reason
  5. Save

Reassignment Notifications

  • Old assignee notified
  • New assignee notified
  • History updated

Due Date Management

Viewing Due Dates

Due date indicators:
