Adding Progress Notes
When updating:
- Click Add Note
- Enter update
- Attach files if needed
- Save
Working on Actions
Starting an Action
- Open action
- Click Start or change to "In Progress"
- Add any notes
- Begin work
Recording Progress
Document work:
- Add notes with updates
- Attach photos of progress
- Log time if tracked
- Update status as needed
Completing an Action
- Finish the work
- Document resolution
- Attach proof (photos, etc.)
- Change status to "Completed"
- Await verification
Verification
What is Verification?
Verification confirms:
- Work was done correctly
- Issue is actually resolved
- No new problems created
Verification Process
- Reviewer opens completed action
- Reviews documentation
- May inspect item
- Verifies or returns
Verification Options

Returning for Rework
If not properly resolved:
- Click Return
- Explain what's missing
- Action goes back to assignee
- Assignee addresses and re-completes

- Original assignee unavailable
- Wrong person assigned
- Need different expertise
