  • Extended trial: Available upon request (up to 30 days)

  1. Sign up at app.kuviq.io
  2. Create your organization
  3. Verify your email
  4. Trial starts automatically

What Happens

Upon starting:

  1. 14-day trial begins
  2. Full feature access enabled
  3. Sample data optionally loaded
  4. Onboarding wizard launches

During Your Trial

Trial Status

View your trial status:

  1. Go to Admin > Subscription
  2. See:
    • Days remaining
    • Trial end date
    • Current usage

Trial Banner

A banner appears showing:

  • Days left in trial
  • Quick link to subscribe
  • Dismiss option

  • Complete onboarding wizard

Extending Your Trial

When to Request Extension

Request an extension if:

  • Need more time to evaluate
  • Key stakeholders unavailable
  • Implementation taking longer
  • More testing required

How to Request

  1. Go to Admin > Subscription
  2. Click Request Extension
  3. Provide reason
  4. Submit request

  • Usually approved within 1 business day

Reactivating After Expiration

Within 30 days:

  1. Visit app.kuviq.io
  2. Log in (redirected to subscription page)
  3. Choose a plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Access restored immediately

If 30+ Days Passed

  • Data may be deleted
  • Contact support to check status
  • May need to start fresh

Converting to Paid

Choosing a Plan

Before trial ends, evaluate:

  1. How many items? - Which plan fits
  2. How many users? - User limits
  3. Features needed? - Plan comparison
  4. Budget? - Monthly vs annual

Subscribing

  1. Go to Admin > Subscription
  2. Click Subscribe or Choose Plan
  3. Select your plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Confirm

Trial Data

Demo Data

During onboarding, you can:

  • Load sample data to explore
  • Skip demo data for clean start
  • Delete demo data later

Removing Demo Data

If you loaded demo data:

  1. Go to Settings > Data
  2. Click Remove Demo Data
  3. Confirm

Only removes demo items, not your own data.

Keeping Trial Data

When you subscribe:

  • All your data is kept
  • Inspections preserved
  • History maintained
  • Nothing lost
